Lady Finger Pickle / Bendakaya Uruguay / Bendi ka achaar

Ingredients
Lady finger - 25
Lime juice - 1 Cup
Salt - 4 Tea Spoons (Salt and lime juice should be mixed)
Fenu Greek Seeds - 2 Tea Spoons
Turmeric powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Cumin Seeds - 2 Tea Spoons
Salt - 8 Tea Spoons
Curry Leaf - 4 Strings
Preparation
1. We have to remove starting and ending of lady finger.
2. Then we have to cut one side of each lady finger slightly.
3. Then add chili powder, Salt, Mustard seeds powder, Turmeric for Lady Finger.
4. Now place a bowl on the stove.
5. Then add oil, Fenu Green Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaf.
6. Let them fry and then add lady finger.
7. Let them fry for 2 minutes.
8. After it get cool then add lemon juice in it.
9. Now place this mixture in a glass bottle and let it be for 3 days.
10. Therefore, Lady Finger Pickle is ready

Bitter Gourd Pickle / Karela ka achaar / Kakara kai uruguay

Ingredients
Biter gourd - 1/4 Kg
Green Chili - 5 (Cut Vertically)
Mustard oil - 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Fenu Greek Seeds - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Sesame Seeds - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Chili Powder - 1 Table Spoon
Salt - According to our taste
Preparation
1. Finely wash Bitter Gourd with water and let them dry.
2. Now chop them like chips.
3. These chips must be bit thick.
4. Then add salt in these pieces and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
5. Then water forms in this mixture.
6. We need to  remove these water
7. Then place a thick bowl on the stove and add 2 tea spoons of oil, turmeric powder, fenu greek seeds, sesame seeds, Asafoetida.
8. Then reduce the flame and fry them for 10 minutes.
9.When the mixture get cool then pour it in glass bottle and then pour remaining oil in it.
10.Then close it with lid.
11. Therefore, Bitter Gourd Pickle is ready

Indian Goose Berry Pickle / Usiri kai uruguay / Amla Achar

Ingredients
Indian Goose Berry - 10 (Big)
Chili powder - 6 Table Spoons
Salt - 6 Table Spoons
Lime Juice - 1Cup
Fenu Greek seeds - 1 Table Spoon
Mustard Seeds - 2 Table Spoons
Turmeric powder - 1 Table Spoon
Preparation
1. Wash Indian Goose Berry with water thoroughly and let them get dry.
2. Now remove the seed in them and chop them finely.
3. Then fry mustard seeds and Fenu Greek seeds Separately.
4. Now powder them finely and separately.
5. Take a wide bowl.
6. Add finely chopped Indian goose berry then add salt,chilli powder, turmeric, mustard seeds powder, Fenu greek powder.
7. Mix them finely and thoroughly.
8. Finally add lime juice in it and  keep it aside for 2 days. But for every 6 hours mix them thoroughly in those 2 days.
9. On third day, the Indian Goose Berry becomes tasty to eat.
10. Therefore, Indian Goose Berry Pickle is ready.


Corn Halwa

Ingredients
Corn flour - 100g
Sugar - 300g
Ghee - 5 Table Spoons
Milk - 3 Table Spoons
Kaju - 10
Badam - 8
Pistha - 20
Elachi powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Food Color - little
Preparation 
1. Mix milk and Ghee in Corn flour.
2. Fry Kaju in ghee.
3. Now make 1 thread sugar syrup.
4. Then add corn flour mixture and desired food color in it.
5. Mix them finely.
6. Let them cook until the mixture does not stick to the bowl.
7. Now add Badam, Kaju, Pista and Elachi powder in it.
8. Mix them finely.
9. Place this mixture into a ghee applied plate.
10. When the mixture gets harden then cut it into pieces.
11. Garnish them with Badam.
12. Therefore, Corn Halwa is ready.

Kesar Burfi

Ingredients
Kova - 1 Cup
Saffron / Kumkuma puvvu - little
Milk - 2 Table Spoons
Elachi powder / Cardamon Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ghee - 1 Table Spoon
Food Color - 1Pinch
Pista - According to your wish
Preparation
1. Smash kova finely and place in non stick pan.
2. Then add sugar and Then on the flame.
3. Let the sugar melt completely.
4. Add food color and Elachi powder in it.
5. Let them cook for 8 minutes on small flame.
6. Let it get cook until the mixture won't stick to the bowl.
7. Now apply Ghee to a plate and pour the mixture in it.
8. Now Garnish it with pista.
9. In the mean while the mixture gets harden.
10. Then cut the mixture into pieces in your desired shapes.
11. Therefore, Kesar Burfi is ready

Sweet Diamonds

Ingredients
Maida - 2 Cups
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Sesame seeds - 2 Table Spoon
Ghee - 4 Tea Spoons
Salt - 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ghee or Oil - According to the need
Preparation
1. Mix ghee and milk in warm water.
2. Now mix this mixture in maida flour.
3. Then add sesame seeds in it.
4. Mix them finely.
5. Make this mixture as small balls.
6. Now press each ball as chapati with thickness of 1 inch.
7. Then cut this chapati as small diamond shapes.
8. Now place a bowl on the stove.
9. Add ghee or oil in it.
10.Then fry these diamond shapes finely.
11. Therefore, sweet diamonds are ready.

BESAN LADDU

Ingredients 
 Besan Powder - 2 Cups
Ghee - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1Cup
Badam and Dry Grapes - 1/4 Cup
Cardamon/Elachi powder - 1/2 Tea Sppn
Preparation 
1. Make Sugar powder using mixy.
2. Place a bowl on the stove and add ghee and besan powder in it.
3. Let them get cook until the color changes little.
4. Then off the flame and add sugar powder & Elachi powder.
5. Mix them finely.
6. Now add finely chopped Badam & Dry Grapes.
7. Mix them finely.
8. Therefore, Mold this mixture into ladoo as shown in the picture.
9. Garnish the ladoos with badam
10. Hence Besan Laddu is ready.

Vegetable Rice

Ingredients of  Vegetable Rice :

Rice - 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste - 2 spoons
Potato - 1
Carrot - 4
Cauliflower - 6 flowers
Onion - 1
Chopped Cabbage - 1/2cup
Chili - little
Salt - according to taste
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Garamasala - 2 spoons
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Oil - 4 to 5 spoons

Preparation of Vegetable rice:

1. Chop all the vegetables finely
2. Place a bowl on the stove
3. Add oil in it and fry cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste
4. After 3 minutes add potato, carrot, cabage, cauliflower, onion chop
5. Then add turmeric, garmasala, chili, salt and finely washed rice.
6. After 5 minutes add sufficient water and place this mixture in  cooker.
7. Therefore, Vegetable rice is ready.

About Vegetable Rice:

It is good to take as lunch. as there is no separate curry. so usage of oil is very less. You can increase the quantity of vegetables.

Konkani undeelu

Ingredients of Konkani Undeelu :

Idly Rava - 1cup
coconut chop - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 1/2 cup
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 1 Table Spoon
Coriander chop - little
Mustard seeds - 1 Spoon
Fenu Greek seeds - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 2 strings
Ginger chop - 1 spoon
Green chili - 2 vertically slightly choped
White lentils - 1 spoon

Preparation of konkani undeelu:
1.Place a bowl on the stove.
2. Add oil in it and let it heat.
3. Then add mustard seeds and fry them.
4. Now add white lentils, fenu greek seeds, curry leaves, green chili, ginger chop in it.
5. Let them fry for some time
6. Then add sufficient water in it.
7. Let the water get boiling then add rava and sufficient salt.
8. while water get boiling then add rava and sufficient salt,
9. Then add coconut chop and coriander chop
10. when the rava in the mixture get thicker then off the flame.
11. Let this mixture get cool.
12. Then mold these mixtures into round shape and make a hole at the middle
13. Then cook on the steam.
14. Therefore, Konkani Undeelu ready.

About konkani Undeelu:

These are very good for health as these are cooked on steam. coconut present in it provides us required oil and proteins, You can add green gram sprout in these while preparing. Then it will be more healthy.

Parsi Biryani

Ingredients of Parsi Biryani:
Basmati rice - 1/2 kg
Onions - 2
Pepper - 10
Cloves - 8
Sugar - 1 tea spoon
Salt - According to the taste.
Ghee - 50 grams
Cinnamon - 2 Inches
Elachi - 6
Kaju - 10

Preparation of Parsi Biryani :
1. Place pressure pan on the stove.
2. Then add sugar and fry it .
3. Then add ghee in it.
4. After the ghee get heated then add cloves, Cardamon,  Pepper and cinnamon.
5. Let them fry finely.
6. Then add onion chop in it.
7. Let it fry for sometime.
8. Now add basmati rice in it.
9.Then add sufficient water and salt.
10. Then cover the pan with a lid.
11. Off the flame after 3 whistles.
12. Therefore, Parsi Biryani is ready.


Paneer Biryani

Ingredients for Paneer Biryani :
Basmati rice - 2 cups
Onions - 2
Paneer - 200grams
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 table spoon
Oil - 3 table spoon
Ginger garlic past - 1 Table spoon
Green chili - 4
Kaju - 5
Salt - According to taste
Coriander chop - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Biryani leaf - 1
Cardamon - 2
Cloves - 2
cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon

Preparation of Paneer Biryani :
1. Rinse rice and soak it for 10 minutes.
2. Now place a pressure pan on the stove.
3. Add ghee in it and let it get heated.
4. Then add paneer pieces in it and fry until they change into golden brown in color.
5. Then take the fried paneer pieces in to a bowl and keep aside
6. Now add oil in the same pan and fry cumin seeds, cinnamon, Biryani leaves, cardamon and cloves.
7. Then add onion chop in it and let it fry finely.
8 Then add green chili chop, ginger garlic and green peas in it.
9. Let them fry for for sometime.
10. Then add rice and salt.
11. Let them cook for 5 minutes.
12. Then add 3 and 1/2 cup water in it.
13. Let them cook .
14. Then add the fried paneer pieces and coriander in it.
15. Garnish with kaju.
16. Therefore, Paneer Biryani is ready.


Pudeena Rajma Biryani


Ingredients of Pudeena Rajma Biryani :
Rice - 1/2 Kg
Onion - 1
Green chili - 4
Oil - 50 grams
Cinnamon - 2 inches piece
Salt - According to taste
Pudeena - 1 bunch
Rajma seeds - 50 grams
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 spoons
Cloves - 4
Coriander - 1Cup

Preparation of Pudeena Rajma Biryani :
1. Soak Rajma seeds before day night.
2. Rinse the rice with water.
3. Wash pudeena leaves and then grind finely using mixy.
4. Now place a wide bowl on the stove.
5. Then add ghee and oil in it.
6. Let them boil for some time.
7. Now add cloves and cinnamon in it.
8. Fry them for few minutes.
9. Then add Onion chop, rajma, green chili chop and ginger garlic.
10. Now add the pudina paste, mix it and fry it finely.
11. Then add sufficient water and salt.
12. When the water get boiled completely then add the rice in it.
13. After rice get cook then off the flame.
14. Therefore, Pudeena Rajma Biryani is ready.




Chocolate Almond Fooding


Ingredients of Chocolate Almond Fooding :
Salt less butter - 150 grams
Custard Sugar - 150 grams
Eggs - 3
Badam Powder - 100 grams
Maida -70 grams
Chocolate powder - 40 grams
Baking powder - 15 grams
Milk - 60 ml
Dark chocolate chips - 60 grams
Butter paper - 1

Preparation of Chocolate Almond Fooding :
1. Heat oven with 160 degrees heat.
2. The bowl where you place the mixture, apply butter paper over there.
3. Now sieve  maida and chocolate powder.
4. Now take custard sugar and butter in a bowl .
5. Then mix them by beating with a wooden spoon finely.
6. Then add egg yolk in it.
7. Then add maida, baking powder, Chocolate chips, chocolate powder, Badam powder. But while adding these keep on mixing so that there won't be any lumps in the mixture.
8. Then add milk
9. Now take this mixture into a cake tin.
10. Then pour water in baking tray and place this cake tin on that tray.
11. Now place this in the oven.
12. Then bake it for 40 to 50 minutes.
13. Therefore, Chocolate Almond Fooding is ready.

Ingredients of Vegetable Bread Chat :


Bread pieces - 1 Cup
Carrots - 2
Capsicum - 2
Cabbage - Small Piece
Onions - 2
Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
Green Chili - 4
Tomato - 2
Salt - Little
Chat Masala - Little
Lime Juice - 3 Spoons
Coriander - 4 spoons
Oil - 2 Spoons

Preparation of  Vegetable Bread Chat:
1. Wash Carrot , Capsicum and Cabbage finely.
2. Then chop them vertically thin.
3. Then chop onions, green chili finely.
4. Boil Green peas in water.
5. Now place a bowl on the stove.
6. Then add oil in it.
7. Let the oil get heated.
8. Then add green chili and onion chop in it and let them fry.
9. After they get fry then add Carrot, capsicum, tomato, Cabbage chop.
10. Then reduce the flame and then fry them finely.
11. After they get cook then add bread pieces in them.
12. After 2 minutes sprinkle chat masala and lime juice on it.
13. Then garnish with Coriander.
14.Therefore, Vegetable Bread Chat ready.

Momos

Ingredients of Momos:
Maida – 3 cups
Water – ¾ cup
Onions – 100grams
Ginger – 75 grams
Coriander – 50 grams
Cabbage – 300grams
Mushrooms – 100grams
Soya sauce – 25ml
Oil – 25 ml
Vineegar – 15 ml
Salt – According to taste
Pepper powder – 10 grams

Preparation of Momos:
1.       Mix maida , 1 spoon of salt and water in a bowl.
2.       Mix them finely so that the mixture is bit hard.
3.       Then chop Onions, Cabbage, ginger and garlic finely.
4.       Now heat oil in a wide bowl and then add these onions chop, ginger, garlic and cabbage chop.
5.       Let them fry finely.
6.       Then add mushrooms and let them cook finely.
7.       When the vegetables gets cooked then add soya sauce, pepper powder, vinegar and coriander chop.
8.       Mix them finely and after 2 minutes off the flame.
9.       Now make maida mixture as chapattis and place the curry mixture in the middle of the  chapatti.
10.   Then fold the chapatti and cover the curry on all sides.
11.   These should be cook on steam only.
12.   There fore, momos is ready.



Fruit salad

Ingredients of Fruit salad:
Strawberry fruit – 1
Orange -1
Mosambi – 1
Kivi – 1
Soaked badam – 10
Dates – 5
Kismis – 1 spoon
Banana – 2
Leuchi – 1 bunch
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 2 spoons
Rice – 2 table spoon
Cardamon - 4

Preparation of Fruit salad:
1.       Boil milk until they get thicken.
2.       Now fry rice without adding anything and then let it cool.
3.       Then add cardamom and make the rice into powder.
4.       Now add this mixture  and sugar in the boiled milk.
5.       Then the mixture become thick.
6.       After one minutes off the flame.
7.       Until it get cool, in the mean while chop all the fruits and add in the milk mixture.
8.       Then add remaining ingredients in this mixture finely and place this mixture in the freeze.
9.       Therefore, Fruit salad is ready.

About fruit salad:
This fruit salad is a different manner of preparation. While adding orange and mosambi, you need to remove the fiber around them and then add. I wish you like the recipe as it is very easy to prepare.

Apple Cake

Ingredients of Apple cake:
Apples – 3
Custard sugar – 270g
Salt less butter – 75 grams
Eggs – 2
Maida – 285 grams
Baking powder – 7 grams
Cooking soda – 7 grams
Garamasala – 3 grams
Cinnamon powder -2 spoons
Milk – 112Ml
Butter paper – 1

Preparation of Apple Cake:
1.       Set the oven for 175 degree and let it heat.
2.       The container where you are going to place cake, apply butter paper in it
3.       Sieve maida, cinnamon powder, garamasala powder, baking powder and cooking soda separately.
4.       Take custard sugar and butter into a bowl then beat them finely.
5.       Then add eggs, all the sieved powders and apple pieces.
6.       Now mix them finely.
7.       Then add milk and take the mixture into cake container.
8.       Now pour water in tray and place the cake container in on tray.
9.       Then place the tray in oven and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
10.   Therefore, Apple Cake is ready.



Korrameenu fry

Ingredients of korrameenu fry:
Korrameenu fish  - 800 grams (Cut the pieces into 200 gram per piece)
Ginger – 100grams
Garlic – 100grams
Pudeena – 200grams
Green chili-75grams
Oil – 50ml
Chopped coconut – 10grams
Salt – 30 grams
Vaam – 10grams
Robust leaves – 4

Preparation of Korrameenu fry :
1.    Grind Pudeena leaves, Chopped ginger, Chopped coconut, Garlic petals and green chili without adding water.
2.       Then mix vaam and salt in this mixture.
3.       Now cut the robust leave into square shape and apply oil to them.
4.       Now place 4 fishes pieces on the four leaves.
5.       Then pour the masala mixture which we prepared just now.
6.       Then close these fish pieces with another leaves.
7.       Now cook these on steam for 20 minutes.
8.       Therefore, Korrameenu fry.




Bread nuggets


Ingredients bread nuggets:
Triangle shaped cutter bread -6 slices
Green peas – ½ cup
Beans – ½ cup
Cauliflower – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Potato – ½ cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Spoon
Salt – According to taste
Chili powder – According to taste
Biryani masala – 1 spoon
Onion pieces – few
Oil – according to the requirement for frying
Cornflour – 2 table spoons
Corianders chop – little

Preparation of Bread nuggets:
1.       Place a bowl on the stove.
2.       Add oil in it
3.       Then add onion pieces and fry them finely.
4.       Now add Ginger Garlic paste, Biryani masala, chili powder, chopped vegetables.
5.       Mix them finely
6.       Now add sufficient salt and reduce the flame.
7.       Now close the bowl with a lid
8.       When the vegetables get cooked then add coriander chop and stop the flame
9.       Now place another wide bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
10.   Take another bowl, add water and cornflour little in it
11.   Mix them finely
12.   Now take one bread slice and then place the curry on it.
13.   Then immediately pour corn flour mixture on it.
14.    Do remaining slices also like this.
15.   Then fry these slices in oil on both slices.
16.   Therefore, Bread nuggets are ready.


Vellakaiya pulihora

Ingredients of vellakaiya Pulihora:
Vellakai fruit pulp – 1 cup
Green chili – 5
Mustard seeds – 2 spoons
Roasted chick peas – 1cup
Ground nuts – 1 Cup
Lentils – 2 spoons
Finely chopped coconut – 5 Spoons
Green Chili -5
Oil – 1/2cup
Asafoetida – 1 spoon
Rice – 3 cups
Salt – according to taste
Turmeric powder – little
Curry leaves strings – 2

Preparation of Vellakaiya pulihora:
1.       Place a bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
2.  Then add mustard seeds, lentils, green chili, roasted chick peas, ground nuts, finely chopped coconut, asafetida , curry leaves and let them fry as seasoning.
3.       Now add vellakai pulp in it and fry for few minutes.
4.       Now off the flame.
5.       Now place another bowl on the stove.
6.       Then wash the rice finely with water.
7.       Then pour this washed rice into the bowl.
8.       Add sufficient water, turmeric powder and salt.
9.       Let them cook finely then add the seasoning mixture in it.
10.   Then mix them finely.
11.   Therefore, vellakaiya pulihora is ready.




Vellakai halwa

Ingredients of  Vellakai Halwa:
Pulp of Vellakai fruit – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Chopped coconut – 1 cup
Chana flour – 1 cup
Chopped finely carrot – 1 cup
Kaju – 12 ( fried in ghee)
Elachi powder/ cardamom powder – little

Preparation of Vellakai Halwa:
1.       Place a bowl on the stove.
2.       Then add ghee and let it melt completely.
3.       Now add carrot and coconut chop.
4.       Fry them finely.
5.       Now keep this mixture aside.
6.       Then fry chana flour in another bowl.
7.       Now soften the pulp of vellkai fruit , then add chopped jaggery and sugar.
8.       Then reduce the flame.
9.       Let it get cook until it forms as syrup.
10.   Now add ghee, chanaflour and chopped coconut.
11.   Mix them finely and let them finely.
12.   Then off the flame.
13.   Now take this mixture into serving bowl and garnish it with kaju.
14.   Therefore, Vellakai Halwa is ready.

Ingredients of tasty toor dal palav:
Rice – 1 cup
Toor dal – 1cup
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon
Finely chopped onions – ½ cup
Green chili – 3
Salt – According to taste

Cinnamon – 4 pieces
Cloves – 4
Cardamom – 4
Coriander – little
Preparation of tasty toor dal Palav:
1.       Boil rice and toor dal separately.
2.       Place wide bowl on the stove.
3.       Then add 2 tea spoons of oil in it.
4.       Let it get heated.
5.       Then add chopped onions and green chili in it.
6.       Let them fry.
7.       Then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and then ginger garlic paste.
8.       Then add boiled toor dal and let them fry for 2 minutes.
9.       Then add sufficient boiled rice and salt.
10.   Now mix them finely.
11.   Then garnish with coriander.
12.   Therefore, Tasty toor dal palav is ready.
About the tasty toor dal palav:
Every one know chicken palav or mutton palav but this is something different made of toor dal. It is good have this toor dal palav when it is warm only.

Yummy Vegetable nuggets


Ingredients of Yummy vegetable nuggers:
Chopped Carrot – ½ cup
Beans – ½ cup
Chopped Potato – ½ cup
Chopped Cauliflower – ½ cup
Chopped coriander – little
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon
Chili powder – According to taste
Biryani masala – 1 spoon
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Oil – according to the requirement
Corn flour – 2 table spoon
Water – 1 table spoon
Maida – 5 table spoon
Potato chips packet – 1 small packet
Cumin seeds – little
Garlic petals – 5

Preparation of Yummy Vegetable nuggets:
1.  1.     Place a wide bowl on the stove.
2.    2.   Add oil in it and let the oil get heated up
3.   3.    The add half of the chopped onions in it and fry them.
4.   4.    Then add ginger garlic paste, biryani masala, chili powder and vegetable chop.
5.  5.     Now mix them finely.
6.   6.    After 2 minutes, add salt according to your taste and then reduce the flame and close the bowl with a lid.
7.   7.    When the curry is cooked then add coriander chop and off the flame.
8.  8     Now take another bowl then add water and cornflour.
9.   9.    Mix them finely.
1010.   Now take maida, potato chips, cumin powder, Garlic petals, chili powder and little salt.
1111.   Make these into powder by using mixy.
1212.   If the mixture is bit wet then let it get dry and then grind it again.
1313.   Therefore, maida powder is ready.
1414.   Now add this maida powder to the curry with your hands.
1515.   Now dip these into maida mixture and then roll them in cornflour mixture.

Mixed Fruit Juice


Ingredients for Mixed Fruit juice:

Boiled milk – 1 Cup
Banana – 1
Apple – 1
Sapodilla / Sapota/ saley – 4
Mosambi  - 2 juice
Soaked kaju – 10
Soaked badam – 10
Honey – 8 spoons
Vanilla essence – 2 to 3 drops
Vanilla Ice cream – According to the requirement

Preparation of Mixed fruit juice:

1.      1.      Cut banana, apple and sapodilla into pieces and grind them using mixy.
1.      2. Then add the boiled milk in it and mix them finely using mixy.
2.      3. Take half of the soaked kaju and badam and make soft and add them in the mixture.
3.     4. Then add honey, vanilla essence and mosambi juice it.
4.     5.  Mix them finely.
5.      6. Then take it 3/4rth into glass.
6.    7.  Then fill remaining portion of the glass with vanilla Icecream.
7.      8. Now garnish the juice with remaining kaju and badam
8.    9.  Therefore, Mixed fruit juice is ready.

Vanjuram fry


Ingredients of Vanjuram Curry:
vanjuram fish  - 800g
Chili powder - 20g
turmeric powder - 5g
Ginger Garlic paste - 50g
Garamasala - 2g
salt - according to the taste
Sesame oil - 100ml

Preparation of vanjuram fry:
1. Take chili powder, Turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garamasala, salt in a bowl.
2. Knead them finely.
3. Now add fish pieces in the mixture.
4. Then place them in refrigerator for 4 hours.
5. Now place a bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
6. Then add fish pieces in it and fry them on both the sides.
7.Fry them until they change their color into golden brown.
8. Therefore, Vanjuram fry is ready.

Sikandari Raan

Ingredients of Sikandari:
Mutton Joints - 600 grams
Chili powder - 20 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Spoons
Kashmiri chili powder - 50grams
Pepper powder - 5 grams
Cloves - 5 grams
Biryani leaves - 5 grams
Garamasala - 2 grams
Mustard oil - 100 ml
Curd - 300 ml
Salt - According to taste

Preparation of Sikandari Raan :
1. Take kashmiri chili powder, Ginger Garlic, salt in a bowl.
2. Mix them finely.
3. Now mix and knead this mixture to mutton joints and place them in refrigerator.
4. Now take wide bowl and add 2 litres of water in it.
5. Now add remaining ingredients and mutton joints.
6. Now fix silver foil to the bowl.
7. Then on the oven and heat the oven at 160 degrees.
8. Then place that foiled bowl for 1 hour 45 minutes in oven.
9. You need to observe them in the middle whether they are getting cooked or not.
10. When the mutton is getting separated from the bone then remove the sauce from it.
11. Now poke these mutton pieces to thin iron rod.
12. Then burn the mutton on the fire directly.
13. Now add sauce on them and serve them.
14. Therefore, Sikandari Raan ready.
